DISCOUNTS
Last Minute Bookings: 10% discount over the published rates for bookings filed 7 days or less before intended check-in date.
Legal Residents in Indonesia: 10% discount will be granted to Indonesian residents and KITAS or KITAP holders.
Long Stay: All bookings filed for a number of nights over the Minimum Stay required for each Season Period qualify for a discount. Please contact us for more information.

INCLUSIONS
Rates include salaries of all household staff, cost of electricity, water, cleaning & gardening supplies, local taxes and so on. The villas are fully equipped with linen, crockery, utensils, drinking water, and initial supply of soap, toiletries, and amenities.
All Shalimar Villas are staffed with: Operational Manager, Butler, Cook, Housekeepers, and also serviced by a team of Gardeners, Pool Attendants, Maintenance Personnel, and Security Officers.
Once in the villas, if the guests wish to order any meal from our suggested Menu, they may order directly to their Butler. The cook will calculate more or less the cost of the groceries depending on the order, and after receiving a deposit for the groceries and doing the shopping, the Butler will hand to the guests the bills and the change from the supermarket, with NO extra charges except for a small surcharge of 100.000 IDR (less than 7 USD) that should be paid directly to each fo the cooks every day their services are needed to cover the transportation expenses to buy the groceries.
